Before joining PCTEL, Varda served as a vice president of legal services for Motorola's Commercial Government and Industrial Solutions Sector (CGISS). She also served as vice president and lead counsel for Motorola’s Cellular Infrastructure Group (CIG) during its growth from $500 million to $4.5 billion in revenue. Varda began her career at Motorola in 1977 supporting the automotive and electronics group. She received her undergraduate and law degrees at Northwestern University and DePaul University of Law, respectively. |
