Vanessa Morgan is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP, based in its London office. She is a member of the Employment Department, where her practice focuses on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Vanessa has extensive experience of advising on senior executive terminations, restructuring exercises and multi jurisdictional employment matters. She has also advised on a number of high profile discrimination and whistle blowing disputes and claims in the Employment Tribunals and the High Court.
Prior to joining the firm, Vanessa spent time on secondment at a number of global financial institutions, where she advised on all aspects of employment relations, including providing bespoke training to executives and the workforce.
