Description of Practice:
Vance is an associate with the Orange County office litigation team. He has experience in a variety of legal areas, including construction defect, insurance coverage, real estate, and contract litigation. Even though Vance was admitted to the California Bar in 2006, he tried and won his first case in September 2007.
Educational History:
Vance received his B.A. of World Literatures, summa cum laude, in 2002 from University of California, Los Angeles. He received his J.D., cum laude, from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2006 and received numerous awards for academic excellence. He interned for Presiding Justice James A. Ardaiz of the California Fifth District Court of Appeal, and externed for Justice Marvin R. Baxter of the California Supreme Court.
Vance is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Association of Business Trial Lawyers, and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, and is admitted to practice law before the courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Prior to attending law school, Vance worked for the U. S. Department of Justice, Pacific Gas & Electric Company and California Pension Administrators and Consultants, Inc. |
