Van F. Stout became Chief Financial Officer of C I Host in November 2006 and brings over 15 years of financial and high-technology experience. Before joining C I Host, Van served as Senior Business Consultant with Fiducial Business Centers, Inc., a business consulting and accounting service company based in Denver, Colorado, and Vice President of Finance with HomeSphere, Inc., a web-based accounting software development and technology company based in Dallas, Texas. Van is a seasoned senior executive with business experience in finance operations, mergers and acquisitions, business development and international operations. Additionally, Mr. Stout has served as a Board Member for several national and international corporations. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics and Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). |
