D. Van Skilling is the retired chairman and chief executive officer of Experian Information Solutions Inc. (formerly TRW Information Systems & Services). A 26-year veteran with TRW Inc. Mr. Skilling was named to his former position in September 1996 when Experian became a privately held company.
In addition to his service to First Advantage Mr. Skilling currently serves as a member of the board of directors for several companies including: The First American Corporation where he sits on the audit and executive committees; Lamson & Sessions where he chairs the compensation nomination and governance committees; McData where he is a member of the audit and governance committees and chairs the compensation committee; Onvia where he is a director and chairs the compensation committee; and American Business Bank where he is a member of the compensation committee.
Mr. Skilling earned a Master of Business Administration in international business from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science degree in both chemistry and zoology from Colorado College where he now serves as chairman of the board of trustees. |
