Dr. Omer joined ERS Group as a Research Economist in August 2005. He currently works on labor economics and econometric issues related to employment discrimination and FLSA wage and hour matters. He also prepares calculations of economic damages.
Prior to joining ERS Group, Dr. Omer was a Research Assistant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and an instructor in Economics at the University of Minnesota. He earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Minnesota. |
