Valerie Looi received her Diploma in Management from the Malaysian Institute of Management. She served as a Director and Corporate Secretary of Secured Digital Applications Inc. (SDGL) from April 1999 to March 2009. She was a Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs at Secured Digital Applications (M) Sdn Bhd, a former subsidiary of SDGL, from 1990 to 1999. She brings with her over 25 years of experience in corporate services, shareholder communication and human resource management. Valerie was appointed as Corporate Adviser following her resignation from the Company. |
