PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Over fifteen years bankruptcy and litigation experience, with duties that include drafting pleadings including, but not limited to, complaints, briefs, discovery, answers, motions, and orders in the practice areas of bankruptcy, foreclosure, and business litigation; drafting correspondence for attorneys; interviewing witnesses; scheduling and organizing depositions; preparing trial documents and exhibits; and trial assistance. Under direct supervision of attorney, work closely with attorneys and court personnel to arrange settlement of matters and provide information upon request. Prepare as needed status updates for clients and attorneys and perform legal research.
