Valerie C. Toalson is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BankAtlantic, the banking subsidiary of BankAtlantic Bancorp. Ms. Toalson joined BankAtlantic in February 2006. From 1993-2006, she was employed with Bank of Oklahoma/BOK Financial Corporation, a $16 billion southwestern regional bank holding company, where she held several senior positions including Corporate Controller, Chief Auditor, and two senior operations management roles. Prior to her employment with Bank of Oklahoma, she served in the Financial Industry Practice of the Dallas office of Price Waterhouse. Ms. Toalson received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University. |
