Valeria Alberola has over 11 years of international experience in corporate finance and strategic consulting. At Q Advisors, Valeria has helped execute mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and strategic financial advisory engagements across a variety of sectors including telecommunications, software, media and business services for clients such as Associated Content, Circle Graphics, Evolving Systems, LightEdge Solutions, mBlox and NuVox. Prior to joining Q Advisors, Valeria was the Director of Business Development for VeloCom, an international telecommunications company, where she was involved in acquisition and capital raising activities. Prior to VeloCom, Valeria was a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Santiago, Chile, and an equity analyst with Citibank in São Paulo, Brazil. Valeria currently serves as a member of the Associate Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver and was previously involved as a member of Social Venture Partners of Denver. Valeria received a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management where she was a Fulbright scholar. She is fluent in four languages, including Spanish, French and Portuguese. |
