Uwe Schrader-Hausmann serves as Vice President of Technical Services. With more than 28 years experience in the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) market Uwe has global responsibility for all customer facing technical services functions which include applications engineering project management project implementation and customer service functions for the business.
Uwe previously served as managing director of Active Power (Germany) GmbH and the technical director for the company’s EMEA territory (Europe Middle East and Africa). He has a wealth of practical knowledge of all available technologies in the power quality/management industry and is currently a holder of one U.S. patent and two international patents. Prior to joining Active Power Uwe worked in various positions at Piller Power Systems GmbH serving as chief technology officer and quality manager prior to leaving the company.
Uwe earned his Diplom-Ingenieur (German equivalent of a master’s of Science) from The University of Applied Science in Hanover Germany. |
