Usha Parker is an attorney in the firm’s Electrical/Mechanical Practice Group. She brings over 14 years of experience in both commercial and military engineering to her prosecution practice.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Parker was a Senior Staff Engineer for Motorola in Chandler, Arizona and worked in the Diversified Technologies (satellite and cellular phone) and Missile Systems divisions. She was also an Electronics Engineer for the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, Virginia in the ship defense radar group.
Ms. Parker received her Law degree from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law, where she earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Appellate Advocacy and authored a note while an Associate Editor for I/S: A Journal of Law and Policy for the Information Society. She received a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. Ms. Parker is admitted to the Virginia State Bar. |
