Udo Henseler, Ph.D., is currently the President and principal/owner of Management Services International (MSI), a privately held business initiated in 1994. MSI provides business development services for biotechnology and life sciences firms at various stages of their corporate evolution. From 2002 to 2005, Dr. Henseler was the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of eGene, Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company, and further served as a Director in 2006. Dr. Henseler has over forty years’ combined global public and private company financial and operations leadership experience in the biopharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, including positions as Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and/or Executive Vice President. Dr. Henseler currently serves as Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Tutogen Medical, Inc., a publicly traded company. Dr. Henseler earned a B.A. in Germany and Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from the Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, California. Dr. Henseler is also a Certified Public and Certified Management Accountant. |
