Tyler J. Henderson joined Moffatt Thomas as an associate in June 2005. His practice focuses in the areas of entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, real estate and general business.Prior to joining Moffatt Thomas, Mr. Henderson worked in the Business Transactions Group of Lane Powell PC in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Henderson’s prior work experience also includes working as a law clerk for Metropolitan Mortgage & Securities Co., Inc. and Kain Snow & Staeheli in Spokane, Washington.Mr. Henderson earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing from Western Washington University in 1995. He received his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1999. During law school, Mr. Henderson was a member of the Gonzaga Intellectual Property Association and an active volunteer for the American Cancer Society.Mr. Henderson is a member of the Idaho State Bar and the Washington State Bar. |
