Mr. Anderson joined Moffatt Thomas in 2004 as an associate. His current practice is in the area of litigation. He received his B.A. in Criminal Justice Administration from Boise State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law in May 2002, where he graduated cum laude. While at the University of Idaho, Mr. Anderson served as Executive Editor of the Idaho Law Review.Prior to joining Moffatt Thomas, Mr. Anderson worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Mikel H. Williams, United States Magistrate for the United States District Court, District of Idaho. He has also worked as a summer intern with the Office of Attorney General, Criminal Law Division in Boise, Idaho, and as a summer extern for the Honorable Carl B. Kerrick, District Court Judge in Lewiston, Idaho. While at Boise State University, Mr. Anderson acted as an academic advisor, advising all criminal justice students concerning academic issues and academic probation. Mr. Anderson is a member of the Idaho State Bar. |
