Ty Miller is actively involved in venture capital in transaction processing and payment technology companies. He currently serves as Chairman of eCommLink, Inc. an enterprise payments processing company and as Chairman of Paymetric, Inc. a BtoB payments software company. From 2000 to the summer of 2004, he was President and CEO of the Global Treasury Services (GTS) business of Bank One Corporation until the merger with JPMorgan Chase. Miller has 28 years financial services experience with Bank One and its predecessors. In 1989, he became President & CEO of Bank One Dallas, in 1994 became Managing Director of Commercial Banking and head of all Commercial Banking products and staff functions, and in 1998 became Chairman & CEO of Bank One, Texas NA, and the South Region of Bank One, the post he held prior to taking the helm of GTS in 2000. Miller served as a director of Anexsys LLC an electronic payments company, PaymenTech LLC a leading merchant processing and electronic payments company, and Visa USA. He was an alternate director and on the Executive Committee of The New York Clearing House. In addition, he has actively participated on the boards of numerous civic organizations. He earned his BBA degree and his MBA degree from Southern Methodist University. |
