Twila is a supervisor in Brown Smith Wallace's Insurance Group, where she is responsible for supervising audit and accounting engagements and for training staff. She has a variety of auditing experience in the following industries: Construction Health care services Distribution Not-for-profit Insurance Professional servicesTwila’s approach to client service allows her to forge solid, mutually respectful relationships with clients, ultimately increasing the efficiency on both sides of the desk. Prior to joining the Brown Smith Wallace in January of 1999, Twila spent three years as an executive assistant at Capital for Business while attending school at night to earn her undergraduate accounting degree. Aptly prepared by this experience for the pressures of public accounting, once at the firm she hit the ground running. She has consistently increased her responsibilities within the firm and is currently our internal expert on numerous software programs. She participates in on-campus recruiting programs and continually meets with clients to evaluate Brown Smith Wallace’s performance. Twila is a December 1998 graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accountancy. She is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
