Professor Judy Tsui is currently Dean of the Faculty of Business, Director of the Graduate School of Business and Chair Professor of Accounting at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of British Columbia, a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and a Ph.D in Accounting from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. In addition to an outstanding academic career, Professor Tsui has a distinguished record of community service, above all in the fields of accounting and corporate governance. Amongst other appointments, Professor Tsui is a member of the Consultative Advisory Group of the Education Committee of the International Federation of Accountants representing the Confederation of Asian and Pacific Accountants and is a member of Hong Kong's Inland Revenue Department Users' Committee. Recently, she has also been appointed as an independent non-executive director in China Vanke Company Limited, a listed company on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. She has also been appointed by the Chief Executive of the HKSAR on 17 January 2006 as member of the Committee on Review of Public Service Broadcasting.
