Tse Hau Yin, Aloysius, age 58, is Independent Non-executive Director of our Company. He joined the Board of Directors of the Company in September 2005. Mr. Tse is currently an Independent Non-executive Director and a member of the audit committees of CNOOC Limited, China Construction Bank Corporation, Wing Hang Bank, Limited and Linmark Group Limited.
