J. Truman Bidwell, Jr. is a partner in the Corporate Department of our New York office. He is also the co-chair of the firm s Opinions Committee. His practice is focused in the areas of asset financing, banking and structured finance, corporate, regulatory and insolvency. Mr. Bidwell has represented lessees, lenders, underwriters and equity investors in leveraged lease transactions. In addition, he has represented major banks, domestic and foreign corporations, investment banks, and domestic and foreign lenders.
