Mrs. Maas De Brouwer was appointed to the Supervisory Board in 2000 and was reappointed in 2004.
Mrs. Maas De Brouwer's experience in managing businesses where people and knowledge meet as well as her political engagement are of great importance to the Supervisory Board. Mrs. Maas De Brouwer is a Chairman of the Supervisory Board's Nomination & Compensation Committee and its Compliance Oversight Committee. Mrs. Maas De Brouwer was appointed President of the Hay Vision Society in 2001 a think tank for trends in the field of Human Resources. She retired from this position at the end of 2006. From 1998 to 2001 Mrs. Maas De Brouwer worked as business developer at Hay Management Consultants B.V. From 1988 to 1998 Mrs. Maas De Brouwer worked at Origin Netherlands where she was appointed to the Managing Board in 1996. Before her employment at Origin she managed several business units of BSO and BSO/Origin and served as deputy director of CITO (institute for educational measurement).
