Trude C. Taylor, is a private investor and presently owns and operates TC Associates, a business consulting and investment management firm. Mr. Taylor currently holds, and in the past has held, directorships and the position of Chief Executive Officer of privately held and NYSE, NASDAQ and OTC listed companies. He has been an Arbitrator for the NYSE since 1989, and for NASD since 1993. Born in Canon City, Colorado, Mr. Taylor attended and received a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Los Angeles, and an MBA from Harvard University. His public service includes Trusteeships at Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, California, since 1969, and the Chandler School, Pasadena, since 1997. His successful business background and his overall financial expertise are invaluable assets to the board of directors. |
