Mr. Carson joined Hercules in March 2007 as the Company's Vice President and Corporate Controller. He is responsible for divisional and corporate accounting, SEC reporting, internal controls and information technology.
Mr. Carson has 10 years of accounting and financial management experience in various industries, including oilfield services. Prior to joining Hercules, Mr. Carson worked at Weatherford International Ltd., an international oilfield services company, from June 2002 to March 2007. During his career with Weatherford, Mr. Carson served in a variety of financial reporting and special project roles, most recently serving as the Assistant Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Weatherford, Mr. Carson was a member of the Commercial Assurance Practice of Arthur Andersen LLP from September 1997 to June 2002.
A native of Texas, Mr. Carson graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
