Troy J. Aramburu concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and commercial litigation, including issues surrounding creditors' rights, workouts, reorganizations, and liquidations. Troy has represented numerous creditors in large Chapter 11 bankruptcies around the country, and has represented Chapter 11 debtors before bankruptcy courts in Utah, Georgia, and Delaware. He also handles state law foreclosures, judgment enforcement, attachments, injunctions, and seeking other remedies. He was named to Utah Business Magazine's 2008 Legal Elite for his specialty in the bankruptcy and workouts area. Troy earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Weber State University in 1998 and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 2001 where he served as article solicitor for the Brigham Young University Journal of Public Law.
