Troy G. Crowther is a tax and business advisor to individuals and businesses in several different industries. He is a Tax Principal whose specialties include industries such as gaming, construction and real estate among others. He has been involved in business and transaction structuring, including planning for Section 1031 Like Kind Exchanges as well as mergers and spin-offs. Mr. Crowther is experienced in representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service to resolve tax disputes. These taxpayers include individuals as well as large companies. He has been involved in preparing clients for application with the Nevada State Gaming Control Board. Troy has been practicing in public accounting since 1990 and is a member of the Nevada Society of CPAs as well as the American Society of CPAs. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Las Vegas Springs Preserve Foundation and has been involved in other community service activities including youth sports and scouting programs. Mr. Crowther is a graduate of the University of Utah with a Masters in Professional Accountancy as well as a Bachelors degree in Accounting.
