Ms. Gonsalves has a true passion for building relationships and for making the unique visions of property owners a reality. With generating greater foot traffic and substantially increasing sales in mind, she is determined to amplify the quality of retail tenants. Focusing on specialty retail recruiting, Ms. Gonsalves complements the Main Street Property Services team and adds leverage to the company’s commitment to the repositioning of city streets and lifestyle centers.Coming from Vanselli & Company where she worked as a manufacturer’s sales representative with over 200 retail clients including department stores, online retailers, and independent retailers; Ms. Gonsalves displayed the drive and determination necessary to be successful in the competitive real estate arena earning a reputation for her dedication and commitment to her clients.Ms. Gonsalves studied agricultural economics at the University of California, Davis and the University of California, Berkeley, enjoys a number of outdoor activities, volunteering for charitable causes and as an avid runner, completed her first marathon in 2006. Additionally, she is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a California Real Estate Salesperson licensee. |
