Prior to joining Allison Personnel in 2001, Tricia spent 15 years in the insurance field holding positions in service, marketing and management on the carrier and agency sides of the business. With a special emphasis on commercial lines, she has a very thorough understanding of agency and carrier operations and workflow.
In addition to recruiting, Tricia continues to provide assistance with mergers & acquisitions, book of business purchases and general industry referrals. Her insight and unique viewpoint of the industry is an additional value to our clients.
Tricia is licensed in property & casualty, life & health, and surplus lines. In addition to attaining her CIC and ARM designations, she also holds a BBA with concentrations in marketing and finance. |
