Mr. Tappenden joined the Board of visionGATEWAY in May 2003. He was a Senior Partner in the firm of Ernst & Young, Australia, from 1982 until 2003, specializing in Entrepreneurial Growth Companies as well as being a Managing Partner. Mr. Tappenden graduated from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1976 from which he received his qualification as a Chartered Accountant in Australia. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr. Tappenden is actively involved as an Independent Company Director for a number of corporate, government and education bodies. He holds the position of Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management committee for many of those organizations. |
