Trevor practices general corporate law, concentrating on mergers and acquisitions. He counsels corporate clients on various legal, strategic and commercial issues affecting their businesses, including everything from formation to sale through merger, asset and stock purchase transactions. He is a member of the Ohio and Alabama Bar Associations. He graduated from Tulane Law School and earned degrees in International Business and Logistics in 2001 from Auburn University before attending law school. Trevor’s professional background includes working for UPS Supply Chain Solutions as a logistics consultant from 2002-2003. Prior to joining Calfee in 2007, Trevor worked at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, in Birmingham, Alabama. |
