Trevor B. Chadderton brings more than 25 years of experience in complex domestic and international tax planning, litigation support and tax audit representation to his position as partner in Ocariz, Gitlin & Zomerfeld.
A native of Miami, Florida, Mr. Chadderton attended Florida International University, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 1979 and a Master of Science Degree in Taxation in 1986. He received his state accreditation as a Certified Public Accountant in 1980.
Prior to joining OGZ, Mr. Chadderton worked as a Tax Senior and Tax Manager for two of the Big Five accounting firms, where he gained in-depth knowledge of complex and publicly held corporate tax compliance, international tax and audit representation. He has served as an expert witness in cases of bankruptcy, insurance claims, wrongful death, guardianship and divorce.
In addition to his CPA credentials, Mr. Chadderton is a licensed by the State of Florida as a real estate broker and holds a Florida Banking and Finance Mortgage Broker license. Mr. Chadderton has written articles for Florida CPA Today and has been a guest lecturer for the tax programs at Florida International University and University of Miami.
