BACKGROUND: Trevor was born in Lancaster, California and raised in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Trevor received his B.A. in 1999 and his J.D. in 2001 from the University of Florida. During law school, Trevor interned with Federal Magistrate William Wagner and the State Attorney's Office in Gainesville. Trevor also studied abroad in Montpellier, France during law school. In July 2007, Trevor was named a top "Up and Comer" attorney under 40 years of age in the Florida Trend's annual "Florida Legal Elite" publication based on a state-wide vote of members of the Florida Bar. EXPERIENCE: Trevor has extensive experience in litigation, handling commercial, landlord tenant, professional liability defense, intellectual property, product liability, and construction litigation. He has experience in all aspects of litigation, mediation, loss prevention, and arbitration. Trevor has trial experience in various areas, including complex business disputes, tort claims, and construction issues. One of Trevor's primary areas of expertise is construction litigation. Trevor has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in various construction disputes. Trevor has also lectured on various construction and professional liability defense issues. Trevor also handles election law and government matters, and serves as General Counsel to the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections.
