Travis Reese is the Vice President of Federal Services at MANDIANT, focused on providing specialized computer forensic and information security solutions to the company's federal client base. Travis has over sixteen years experience in executive management, program management, computer forensics, information security, information warfare, criminal & fraud investigations, counterintelligence, antiterrorism, and law enforcement as both a Federal Agent and executive within a large government contracting firm. Travis has extensive experience and proven success creating and managing large security consulting organizations providing elite technical services focused on mission-critical national security programs for the Intelligence Community; the Departments of Defense, State, Homeland Security, and Justice; and other U.S. federal government customers.Prior to joining MANDIANT, Travis was the co-founder and Vice President of the Computer Forensics & Intrusion Analysis Group at ManTech International Corporation. He built one of the fastest growing and highly regarded business units in the classified government contractor sector. Travis led sales and operations for four multimillion dollar business divisions comprised of over one hundred and twenty technical experts providing advanced forensics, intrusion, cyber defense, and specialized network architecture solutions tailored to the National Security and Intelligence Community. During his tenure, he developed a diversified commercial and government client portfolio averaging twenty-nine active contracts and nine multimillion dollar multi-year programs totaling over thirty million dollars in annual revenue. Travis spent six years supporting critical programs for the following organizations: Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, Department of Defense, Federal Bureau of Investigation, National Reconnaissance Office, and Air Force Office of Special Investigations.Travis is a former Special Agent with the United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations. During his ten year military career he managed and conducted countless specialized criminal, counterintelligence, antiterrorism, economic crime, and computer forensic investigations. He performed incident response and forensic analysis of seized computer evidence related to central systems fraud, narcotics, counterintelligence, and criminal investigations. He has extensive operational field experience and has testified as an expert witness in both military and civilian proceedings.Travis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Wayland Baptist University. He has extensive experience managing large government programs and is a certified Program Management Professional with the Program Management Institute. He currently holds an active Top Secret government security clearance with polygraph. |
