Mr. Grubbs is responsible for all aspects of ePartners’ IT infrastructure, including line-of-business application development, support and maintenance, enterprise business intelligence, unified communication systems and security. Under the direction of Mr. Grubbs, the IT department aligns ePartners’ technology deployment strategy with its business strategy and leads initiatives in business process optimization, portal collaboration and document management, WAN innovation development, and enterprise content management. These custom solutions, processes and architecture ensure the integrity of ePartners’ computing platform and a more productive, efficient and valuable use of information within the enterprise. Mr. Grubbs joined the ePartners consulting organization in 1998 where he helped enterprise clients leverage Microsoft business intelligence, ERP and CRM until 2001 when he transitioned to ePartners’ internal technology group. His experience in helping companies from a wide range of industries gives him exactly the perspective necessary to develop and deploy solutions for ePartners. Mr. Grubbs has a BA in History from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. |
