M. Travis Hayes joined Cummings & Lockwood in 2005 as an associate in the Private Clients Group. Travis focuses his practice on estate and gift tax planning for both individuals and families, including the creation of tax-efficient, comprehensive estate plans utilizing wills, revocable trusts, dynasty trusts, life insurance trusts, charitable trusts and foundations, and business entities. He also has experience in estate and trust administration and business succession planning. Travis received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2001, and his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2004. In 2005, Travis received a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law. Travis is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law and Taxation Sections of the Florida Bar Association and the American Bar Association, the Trusts & Estates Section of the Collier County Bar Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Naples. Travis is currently serving on the Probate Law & Procedure Committee for the Florida Bar Association. |
