Tracy's skills are comprehensive. Her work for clients has included large-scale organizational change initiatives, strategic communications, managing and overseeing complex client projects, developing internal consultants for clients to ensure change initiatives succeed and prosper, and significant work with Six Sigma implementations.
Tracy is recognized for her work as both a coach and a change leader. She teaches as an adjunct professor at American University where her classes are consistently rated among students' best experiences in the program. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis. |
