Tracy Sherles is one of the preeminent specialists in point-based vacation ownership programs. She has spent more than 15 years creating and operating these point-based platforms for the vacation ownership industry to sell a variety of real estate and personal property. She was responsible for the design and implementation of the Shell Vacations Club, oversees Shell Vacations Hospitality and Shell Vacations Systems. She is a former member of the ARDA Points Task Force and the drafting committee for the Vacation Club Model Act. Before joining Shell Vacations LLC, Ms. Sherles served as Vice President of Interval International. Prior to her tenure at Interval International, Ms. Sherles was a principal of Tenstar Corporation (later acquired by CUC International). She has lead numerous industry seminars, published noted articles on the subject of loyalty programs, clubs and points, and continues to provide educational support to the industry. Ms. Sherles completed a higher education from Phillips Exeter Academy before graduating with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Economics from the University of Puget Sound. |
