Tracy O'Rourke is a Certified Black Belt who advises companies on all aspects of Six Sigma, including strategic planning, implementation, training, coaching and driving project closure.
Tracy started her improvement career at GE Appliances as Western Regional Account Manager where she utilized Six Sigma tools to achieve a 20% growth in her region. Her successes promoted her to the role of National Training Manager, allowing her to develop a total training program for the GE Warranty Management Division and facilitate training to customers across the nation. She later became a Certified Field Black Belt, training employees and supporting regional managers and sales representatives in their Six Sigma projects. She was also responsible for increasing awareness and educating GE customers on Six Sigma application and methodology.
Since her time at GE Tracy has worked with various companies, including Shea Homes, Callaway Golf, Washington Mutual, Cisco Systems, Sears & Roebuck, Yum! Corporation and Becton-Dickinson. She has coached over 100 Green Belts and Black Belts, trained over 1000 people and helped bring over 150 Six Sigma projects to success.
Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from San Francisco State University and an MBA in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University. |
