Tracy is the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, for Hewitt Associates. In this role, Tracy is responsible for all global people strategies and talent initiatives that support the achievement of the company's business objectives.
Prior to joining Hewitt, Tracy was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Bloomberg LP, the financial data, news, and analytics provider. Her results-oriented approach led to a global assessment of the HR function and the subsequent implementation of a number of new HR initiatives. As the Vice President of Human Resources for Analog Devices, Tracy introduced a series of new HR programs; from a total compensation strategy and global succession planning process to a new employee communications function and employee listening program. In addition to her human resources background, Tracy gained a wide range of leadership experience in operations, sales, marketing, and consulting for a number of organizations.
Tracy holds a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Smith College.
