Tracy W. Knapp Was elected Senior Vice President, Finance and to the Board of Directors in January 2002. Chief Financial Officer and responsible for the investment of the Company’s funds, accounting and taxes. Mr. Knapp joined the Company in 1998 and was responsible for developing a banking subsidiary. He was elected President and CEO of Generations Bank when it was chartered in July 2000.
