Tracy Richelle High is a member of S&C s Litigation Group and of its Criminal Defense and Investigations and Environmental practices. She became a partner of the Firm in January 2008. Ms. High specializes in representing financial institutions and other corporations in regulatory enforcement proceedings and corporate internal investigations. She also has represented these entities in related civil litigation, including shareholder derivative and class action suits. Ms. High represented the Audit Committee of Computer Associates International, Inc. (now known as CA) during its independent investigation into the company s past accounting practices in connection with joint investigations into those matters by the United States Attorney s Office for the Eastern District of New York and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Ms. High also has represented clients responding to regulatory requests and inquiries initiated by the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), SEC, Federal Trade Commission, National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), New York State Banking Department, the Office of the New York State Attorney General, New York Stock Exchange, Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Chicago Board of Examiners and independent examiners appointed by court order. Ms. High serves on the Firm s Diversity and Diversity Recruiting Committees and is co-chair of the Women s Initiative Committee. She is a co-chair of the Federal Bar Council s Membership Committee. |
