P. Tracy Currie, President and CEO - Tracy Currie is a results-oriented, seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare, telecommunications, software and logistics industries. He joined ORBID in August 2006 as President and COO and assumed leadership as CEO in January 2007. Previous achievements include playing a key role in helping Tanning Technology, an IT systems integration firm specializing in large, complex projects for Fortune 200 customers, grow their business from $10 million to $100 million in just four years. Prior to Tanning going public, Mr. Currie led the spin-off of Tanning's software subsidiary to IBM. At Critical Path, he developed a strategic plan to turn around the company's hosted services business unit and he negotiated a $100M partnership with Hewlett-Packard. Throughout his career, Mr.Currie has been responsible for putting together large deals with Fortune 500 companies (i.e., Blockbuster, Federal Express, T-Moblie, Toyota, United Airlines and Virgin.net). In addition to Tanning Technology and Critical Path, Mr. Currie has also held senior level positions at FNStar Inc., McKesson and Horizon Technologies. He received his B.S. in Computer Science Engineering from Montana State University. |
