Tracy Reichmuth is a litigation associate in Flak's San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on complex litigation, including antitrust law, consumer class action defense, and employment law, as well as appellate practice.
Ms. Reichmuth joined FLK first as a summer associate in 1999 and then as an associate in 2001.
Representative Matters
Representing four subsidiaries of Johnson & Johnson in an antitrust case brought by a group of retail pharmacies against virtually all of the major pharmaceutical companies in the United States. The lawsuit alleged price-fixing claims under California's Cartwright Act and Unfair Competition Law.
Representing Cisco in its iPhone® trademark infringement suit against Apple.
Representing a national law firm in a class action lawsuit brought under the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification ("WARN") Act and its California counterpart.
Representing Enterprise Rent-A-Car and its United States subsidiaries in consumer class actions across the country.
