Traci is responsible for SMARTHINKING's project management. She shepherds all development projects, guides schedule balancing and serves as internal point of contact for the Development Team. In addition, Traci serves as the system administrator for our project management platform.
Prior to joining SMARTHINKING, Traci worked in GE/Genworth Financial's IT department as an illustration analyst and software tester. Earlier in her career, Traci worked in Insurance and Banking in IT, administrative and customer support roles.
Traci has been trained in Six Sigma methodology, and studied network engineering at PRM, Inc. in Richmond, VA. |
