Tracey Cook began her career with the Chicago Office Technology Group in 2005 as the Director of Human Resources after serving three years as a Human Resource Manager in the personal care industry. Prior to that, Cook held a senior-level role in human resources consulting with an international company in the packaging industry. Cook holds responsibility for all human resource initiatives related to COTG's workforce including recruiting, training, compensation and benefits. Cook is a graduate of Ball State University in Indiana, where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and Journalism. Cook continued her education at the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Illinois and received her Masters of Arts in Counseling and Organizational Psychology in 2001. |
