Maribeth D. Renne, C.M.F., an internationally certified Career Management Fellow, brings over ten years experience coaching and empowering individuals on paths to greater career and leadership success. With 20 years of accomplishment in the corporate and non-profit sectors, Maribeth has collaboratively directed professional teams in providing counseling services and in ensuring effective operations and quality standards, and has developed and led various career development seminars, meeting the varied needs of individuals as they move up to next levels in their careers. Ms. Renne was Senior Vice President and Director of Counseling Services for Manchester in Philadelphia, a human capital management firm. She established career centers for CoreStates/First Union/Wachovia and for The University of Pennsylvania Health System, leading professional and administrative teams in assisting as many as 1800 individuals at a site. She teamed with career professionals to pioneer programs to deliver long distance career transition services to professionals from all over the United States. Maribeth has coached individuals of all levels from companies such as JP Morgan Chase, Campbell Soup, Peco Energy, Lenox, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Rohm & Haas, and numerous others.Prior to her work in career and leadership counseling, Maribeth directed qualitative marketing research at Mattel Mt. Laurel and Tyco Toy Company. A seasoned focus group moderator, she designed and conducted research to guide product development and marketing decisions. Early in her career, Maribeth was a Mental Health Consultant where she initiated and developed conflict resolution workshops and training, Special Projects Director with the Pennsylvania Comprehensive Employment and Training Initiative, and Executive Director of the Blind Association.Maribeth has been guest lecturer on areas of stress management, assertiveness, and other empowerment topics and presented workshops for the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Women's Business Development Council, Small Business Administration, and numerous organizations. Ms. Renne is Governor, Institute for Career Certification International (ICC International) and Chairman of the Communications and Engagement Division. She is a board member and Past-President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Career Professionals International (ACP International), Chairman of the Career Management Committee for Tri-State Human Resource Management Association (Tri-State HR), and is a member of the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and the Mid-Atlantic Career Counselor Association (MACCA).Maribeth is certified by ICC International, has completed graduate work at Rowan University, and has a BS in Sociology from California University of Pennsylvania. |
