Tracey has more than 15 years of both business-to-business and business-to-consumer experience across a variety of industries, including high technology, financial services, retail, energy, and consumer goods. Customer strategy, marketing program development, data management, customer valuation and segmentation, loyalty program design, and metrics development are all areas of particular strength for her. Prior to joining Direct Impact, Tracey was director of worldwide consumer marketing for AMD, where she was responsible for driving the market share and profitability for AMD's $2 billion consumer and small business customers. In addition, she drove the development of the AMD-sponsored small business resource portal, smallbizresource.com. As a principal with Pepper and Rogers Group, she designed and implemented a wide range of customer relationship management strategies and tactics while bringing in over $2 million in business each year.
