Tracey Jaensch's practice focuses on employment litigation, including federal and state discrimination and civil rights claims. She is Board Certified as a Specialist in Labor and Employment and has been named to the Florida Trend magazine's "Legal Elite" (the top 1.8% of all lawyers practicing in Florida). She is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and was named as one of the Top 50 Female Lawyers in any field in Florida, Top 25 Female Lawyers Central, Northern & Gulf Coast of Florida, and a top lawyer in Labor and Employment Law in The New York Times, Florida Super Lawyers edition, 2006. She was named a 2007 "Florida Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics Magazine.
Tracey has successfully tried numerous cases resulting in defense verdicts for our firm's employer clients and has been lead defense attorney in a number of multi-plaintiff lawsuit in Florida. She has published several articles and has lectured extensively on employment law issues.
Tracey is admitted to all state and federal courts in Florida and is admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the American Bar Association's Labor and Employment Section, the Florida Bar's Labor and Employment Section, Hillsborough Bar Association and the Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers.
