Tracey A. Van Dillen is an associate in the Products Liability and Mass Tort Practice Group, resident in the Florham Park office. Prior to joining the firm, Tracey was in practice with Porzio Bromberg and Newman PC in Morristown, New Jersey, where she worked on pharmaceutical litigation involving hormone therapy products and over-the-counter medications on behalf of defendant manufacturers.
In General. Tracey earned her B.S. magna cum laude from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania in 2001, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was awarded the Yarnall Prize for excellence in environmental science. She is also a member of Phi Sigma, the national biology honor society. She received her J.D. magna cum laude from Seton Hall Law School in 2004, where she was a recipient of a Presidential Merit Scholarship and was elected to the Order of the Coif. In 2005, Tracey was a semi-finalist in the Morris County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Mock Trial. In 2006, she co-authored Recent Developments in Products, General Liability, and Consumer Law, published in the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal, Winter 2006.
Admissions. Tracey is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey and New York Bar Associations, and is a member of the Defense Research Institute. |
