Mr. Kilm manages CeLight's operations and drives the corporate mission to bring CeLight's revolutionary products successfully to market. Prior to joining CeLight in 2000, Mr. Kilm was Vice President of Lucent Technologies Optical Networking Group with business, marketing and product responsibility for Lucent's largest North American based global carrier customers. Under Mr. Kilm’s leadership, his business segment grew dramatically to $2.1B. His 20 years of hands-on and management experience with Lucent, AT&T and Bell Labs includes the definition, introduction, marketing and sales of new and advanced telecommunications products in the access, transport, data and optical domains. Mr. Kilm has an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, an M.B.A. from Rutgers University and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from the City College of New York. |
