An Atlanta real estate veteran, Tonya Creekmore joined the Atlanta office of North American Properties in 2001. As vice president of leasing, Creekmore brings thirteen years of retail leasing experience to the Atlanta team. She is responsible for the management of all leasing efforts and out parcel dispositions for the Atlanta office’s developments. Her extensive leasing expertise has afforded her solid relationships with brokers and retailers throughout the United States. Prior to joining North American Properties, Creekmore served as senior leasing agent for CNM Associates where she was responsible for the leasing, renewal and expansion activity for approximately two million square feet of retail properties. Most recently, she facilitated the lease-up of Camp Creek MarketPlace, a 1.1 million square foot center, as well as MarketPlace at Seminole Towne Center, MarketPlace at Mill Creek and Stonecrest MarketPlace. Creekmore served as the 2005 Chair of the International Council of Shopping Centers Southeast Conference and the 2006 President of CREW-Atlanta. |
